Born in 1972. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Yerevan State University (specialization - civil law). In 1994 he joined the Russian Association of International Law. In 2019, he joined the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

I have been consulting on issues related to international law - registration of companies abroad and migration issues - since 1995.

In 1993-1999 he worked as a lawyer at various enterprises. Handled civil cases.

In 1999-2005 - work in the field of international law, representing the interests of citizens in foreign organizations - in consulates in the Russian Federation, in the registration authorities of foreign states when registering enterprises abroad and when processing documents for the right to reside and leave.

In 2006-2008 - specialization in criminal law - cases, court decisions on which have entered into force (cassation procedure (former supervisory)), studied and appealed more than 500 court decisions in criminal cases. More than 100 proceedings have been initiated on complaints. In parallel - support for real estate transactions and consulting services for customs clearance of imported goods and other property.

From 2008 to the present - representation of interests in courts and state bodies, family legal relations between spouses, consulting services when registering enterprises in various jurisdictions.
